Is it too much to ask for Jack Bauer to close one eye when he is aiming a firearm? No one on the face of the earth is accurate with a sniper rifle with both eyes open.
What was President Keeler thinking when he chose Logan as his running mate? Keeler should have made public appearances wearing an "I'm With Stupid" t-shirt.
Is Martha Logan feeling well? We haven't seen her cleavage in about three hours!
Can you believe Blogs 4 Bauer is approaching 75,000 hits already? Thank you all!

Actually, you should always keep both eyes open when firing any firearm, be it scoped or not. It allow you to see what else is going on outside of the scope.
Example: Ever played Silent Scope at an arcade? If you spend all your time in the scope, you miss the outside activity. If you keep both eyes open, you can pick up on activities outside the scope.
I always keep both eyes open when shooting. Doesn't matter if it's iron sights on pistols or optics on rifles - keep em both open. The dominant eye will take over.
I think Jack Bauer should close both eyes while shooting to make it fair.

This would at least give the (soon to be dead) bad guys a chance.

Well it would still be unfair...to the bad guys. Maybe if we tie Jack's right hand behind his back, cover both eyes, and have Behrooz as his backup.
For most people, your aim improves with both eyes open, regardless of what sort of gun you're firing.
Well, I just read in People magazine that Kiefer signed on to play Jack Bauer for 3 more seasons. So he's not dieing this year, woo-hoo!!!
I also heard in Joel Surnow's interview w/ Rush that they are doing a 24 movie for sure!! Yah!!
Hello 24-philes.
The best shooters keep both eyes open. pistol, rifle...especially trap and skeet.
Both eyes open help with target aquisition. Better shooters than I can keep them both open. If I kept them both open, I'd simply supply lots of "collateral damage"
