Coming Soon: Blogs4Doyle?

Fox5NY reported tonight that Jack Bauer may be replaced by Ricky Schroder (Agent Mike Doyle). If this does happen, you'll see some drastic changes in the way CTU operates. Blogs4Bauer has an inside tip and an exclusive list on changes that will occur when Doyle takes over for Bauer.

Here are the Top 5 changes to 24 after Ricky Schroder takes over:
5. Josh Bauer learns that his father is actually Agent Mike Doyle, not Jack as everyone assumes.
4. The situation rooms will have arcade games installed.
3. Alfonso Spears will be brought in as a better dressed replacement for Curtis Manning.
2. Agent Doyle will install a scale model freight train that will run from the front desk, past Bill's office, into torture room 4B, through the morgue, and end in the cafeteria.
1. Goodbye Blogs4Bauer. Hello Blogs4Doyle.

Got more? Post them in the comments.

I never watched NYPD Blue or Lonesome Dove, so vague Silver Spoons references is all I got.

If he starts putting paper clips in his shirt pocket, run...(NYPD Blue reference)

Until Doyle kills a man by biting his neck, he's got nothing on Jack. And even then, he's got NOTHING on Jack.

Fox 5 is a slanderous operation- they issue these bogus "news" stories on "24" every week. Happy 40th Anniversary, you slackers!

If Doyle takes over, maybe Menudo will stop by CTU to perform for his birthday.

But FOX5 is full of it. If that station is anything like my local Fox affiliate, they're just trying to scare the bejeezus out of us.

The Ricker is an okay actor, but I don't really see him playing a character with multiple layers. Then again, it's only been one ep.

I'm all for Shroder racking up his own kill count, and for pissing off everyone in CTU. As long as he is productive and violent, he will make for a great character. 24 needs someone like that now that Curtis and Tony are... (sniff) in a better place.

While attempting to make a perilous river crossing, Morris O'Brien will be attacked and killed by water moccasins.

**squeezing eyes shut and clicking heels rapidly three times while chanting "there's no one like jack, there's no one like jack! mr. wizard take me away!" the thought of the rickster replacing the riefer as the "new jack" makes my blood run cold.

anyone wondering who the new mole is?

anyone wondering who the new mole is?

We should lay odds:

Awana Fugya ...

Chiggy Killer ...

One of Jim Jones's Cronies ...

Kemper ...

Chloe ...

Al Bundy ...

Ricky Stratton ...

Awana Fuqya looks like the obvious choice, since she's had minimal character development but the writers still keep her around for some reason. Chloe and Chiggy Killer no one would buy as the mole. Al Bundy and Kemper have been tortured and shot by the terrorists. If Kemper were on their side, he would have shot Patsy Ramsey Bauer when he had the chance. Ricky Stratton is a possibility.

If it is Awana Fuqya, she'll turn out to be working for Jim Jones. Same for Ricky Stratton.

no way it's chloe...she loves jack and that just would be wrong...chiggy, way too much of a wuss...milo, who i would personally love to see die,maybe...awana is obvious but they have done obvious before,....morris the shoe salesman, possible. he hasn't been treated well, he's british, he's a drunk, he's been tortured so Post Traumatic Stress Disorder comes into play, he speaks russian, hmmmmm

So many possibilities for the mole... and naysayers said the show was dead. Ha!

Last time we saw Det Danny Sorenson, he was rolled up in a rug that was being unearthed on the Queens side of the East River. He's our new hero. Pah!

And what's with reprising the Silver Spoons haircut? A guy with John "Pretty Pony" Edwards bangs must be some kind of fa .... owww! stop that!

Can't we come up with another plot device other than the tried and true'd "mole".

I'll admit the flip-flop mole in Season 4 was clever.

I might be amenable to O'Doyle if he brings in Colonel Dearing as a sidekick. Hoo-hah!
